Supports end users with anything that is electronic. Including; network, telecom, servers, cell, end-points, software, and more. Also responsible for servers, network, and security. Current projects include, but aren't limited to -- Implementing an MDM, a software and end-point deployment automation, user security awareness education, and general security overview.

Tier 2 support for MAC, PC, and a variety of other hardware, and the software that came along with each platform. I manage a team of 11 of my peers, coordinating tickets, policies, and projects. Lead the implementation of two large security projects following policies within our organization -- Securing printers, and Policy of Least Privileged.

Tier 2 support, fixing mostly hardware but occasionally software. Secured 86 end-points for our prison program. This was done according to requests from multiple parties, including myself suggesting some additional configurations.
