Design and implement Cloud solutions and related technologies including but not limited to, Network Design, Security Architecture, Governance Best Practices and Connectivity.Migrating VMWare, Hyper-V and Physical workloads to Public Cloud environments using native tools and 3rd Party Migration utilitiesCloud services deployment planning, management, and troubleshootingPowerShell, python and bash scripting for automation, documentation and standardizationServe as the technical resource and subject matter expert on projects, overseeing the work of others and being accountable for the outcome of the projectAssist sales team in identifying, scoping and closing opportunities through customer meetings and presentations

Primarily responsible for the support of all IT infrastructure that the company requires for business operations. This includes (but not limited to) networking for the local LAN and inter-office (WAN) networks, wireless networks, telecommunications and interconnections, servers and storage, cloud services, backups, printing, security systems: anti-malware, firewalls, email security, etc.Partner with business, technology leaders, and staff to manage highly available, complex, secure enterprise infrastructure, and associated components, including servers, storage, network and virtualized systems.Configure and install equipment managed by the IT team. This includes (but not limited to) computer hardware, peripherals, software, mobile devices, and desktop phones.Provide staff support and troubleshooting for all IT equipment and software. This includes coverage of the IT team support request queue.Ensures consistent and effective delivery of services while maintaining compliance with corporate policies and procedures.Maintains documentation of sites, equipment, software, processes and procedures.

Extensive use of Cloud monitoring platformsCreating individual monitors for one off hosts, deploying monitors to similarly configured groups, building dashboards, auditing licensing, creating automation.Conferencing with a team to triage complex, multifaceted issues during critical incidents; owning Root Cause Analysis operations after the incidents are resolved.Proactively working to solve potentially catastrophic issues before they start using big picture analysis of stack health and responsiveness to diagnose areas of opportunity and engagement.Enterprise class incident management.Stack health and performance monitoring.Security operations incident management. Righteously collaborating with internal and customer-facing teams to secure, repair, and build resiliency in the platforms we support.

Provide a single point of contact for end-users to receive support and maintenance within the organization's computing environment.Installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all PC/Server/Mobile Phone hardware, software, and equipment to ensure optimal performance.Troubleshoot problem areas (in person, by telephone, or via e-mail) in a timely and accurate fashion.Work within a ticketing system and create documentation for new processes.Training staff to maximize the potential of existing technology.
