Outreach Youth Empowerment, LLC is a growing company focused on a dream and a vision for the families and children of this country. Path to Scholarships® is a curriculum consisting of student workbooks and teacher training materials for designed for students from 5th grade through college. We currently serve over 600 educational institutions around the country, as well as provide ongoing support through onsite trainings and workshops for students, educators, and parents.I am a contributing author of Path to Scholarships® Levels I, II, III Teacher's Curriculum Guide, an internationally recognized seven-unit English/ESOL curriculum with an emphasis on critical thinking and reasoning for students grades 5th-8th. This curriculum incorporates metacognitive, cognitive, and social/affective learning strategies. Integrated within this English/ESOL curriculum are character and health education with career, college, and scholarship planning. The English/ESOL curriculum is aligned to state, and national standards for English/Language Arts and international standards for the TOEFL, with an emphasis on listening, speaking, reading, and writing.We launched an educational networking website (www.Edudaris.com) that allows students, educators, colleges/representatives, and businesses/nonprofits to connect and share information with the goal of making education more engaging and personalized, as well as providing more opportunities for academic & professional progress, including highly personalized scholarship & internship matching. Additionally, the site features customized e-course management, an industry-standard learning management system (LMS), as well as personal file storage/sharing. This site was officially launched in February 2013 and currently serves 9000+ students and teachers from over 50 high schools & colleges/universities around the nation.
