As a Discipline Facilitator of the MCRC I have been responsible for living in a main campus residence building (Victoria Hall) where I, in acting as both a staff member and an upper year, assume a role of leadership. My professional responsibilities include investigating community standards violations, determining responsibility and deciding/recommending an appropriate sanction.For the purpose of this job I have undergone substantial training including, but not limited to Mental Health and First Aid, and Diversity training.My additional responsibilities including acting as a guest member of the Judicial Advisory Board, and am currently the Fine Revenue Allocation Committee Chair. The Fine Revenue Allocation Committee awards the fines collected from students in residences for community standards violations to local charities, and this year has $21 000 to give away.

Part time employment at Wendy's Old Fashioned Hamburgers in South Ajax from August 2006 until September 2009. Seasonal employmentThrough my aforementioned time working at Wendy's saw me in nearly all positions within the store as I've worked as a Cashier, Sandwich Artist as well been responsible for opening and closing various parts of the store.

Worked as a hired volunteer for the MCRC. I, as an intern along with the Vice President of Discipline at the time Edward Schiavon, evaluated the various facets of the discipline system within residences. I was additionally responsible for taking the minutes and preparing the agenda as well any reports for the Judaical Advisory Board, a committee that discusses possible changes to the rules within residence buildings at Queen's University.
