I am currently a graduate from the University of Strathclyde with a First Class Honours Degree in Accounting and Finance.As part of Strathclyde's triple accredited accountancy course, I am currently on my journey through university. Afterwards, I have a strong engagement towards pursuing a career in Accountancy or Finance.Since starting university i have gained useful knowledge and experience by using Accountancy software (SAGE) and currently learning all about MATLAB. This has allowed me to develop my skills regarding financial information and data processing.My current employment is as a customer service advisor in Scottish Friendly Assurance. Having worked in Financial Services for over a year, I have shown a wide range of skills such as strong communication skills when dealing with clients, as well as strong organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a team. Exposure to the Financial Services Industry as a student has allowed me to develop key skills i can carry into my future career. Set to graduate in 2023, i am eager to learn more new skills and knowledge throughout my journey which i can take into the next phase of my career in Accountancy and Finance.Currently, i am interested in exploring all aspects of accounting and finance, to enhance my skillset and give me the expertise required.Please feel free to contact me with any potential opportunities that are of interest.

Futhermore, being a waitor taught me the importance of being organised as we were catering for 300 people at a time. I look back at my time as a waitor and reflect on the funamental skills it taught me.
