Assessment and Reporting: - Conduct assessments to measure participants' understanding and application of the training content. - Prepare and submit detailed reports on the progress of the program, including participant feedback, challenges encountered, and success stories. - Evaluate the impact of the training on participants and provide recommendations for future programs.5. Stakeholder Collaboration: - Liaise with local businesses, organizations, and community leaders to enhance the relevance and impact of the training program. - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to support the sustainability and expansion of the youth development program.
