Essential Functions: Coordinate activities pertaining to all aspects of the implementation process. Manage minor upgrades throughout the implementation process. Monitor the approval queues, create work orders, and assist on other related work orders Create projects for approved orders. Ensure timely closure of projects. Create sales orders, RMAs, and requisitions. Oversee, research, and correct transaction errors maintaining communications with the customerappropriately. Process Change Orders, create change order contract, update/create work order adhering tostandard operating procedures. Maintain accurate, detailed, well-organized data within SONIFI internal systems. Interact with customer’s inquiries and needs, assisting wherever possible to generate customerquotes, process orders, and provide follow up in a timely manner. Provide remote support and escalation for calls/e-mails from onsite Installation resources. Provide feedback to improve internal procedures for implementation information, contracts,required forms, processes and policies. Assist with user acceptance testing of internal applications, as necessary Promote and maintain positive working relationships while working to meet departmental andcompany goals. Comply and adhere to departmental and company procedures and policies. Other projects and duties as assigned.

- Oversee the day-to-day activities of the ROW Department such as; ROW resource assignments, project status meetings, and ROW timeline management, overseeing 10 employees. - Research and identify public jurisdictions and/or private property owners via available public records- Prepare, submit and secure necessary right-of-way permits, licenses, and/or easements for proposed construction on the Client’s behalf- Serve as a liaison between internal departments, Clients, cities, counties, states agencies, etc., in support of right-of-way activities- Track progress of internal deliverables required to complete permits (i.e. staking sheets and maps)- Record and maintain accurate project specific documentation- Submit weekly progress reports and time-cards in a timely and accurate manner- Additional duties as assigned

Sioux Falls South Dakota

- Coordinate the installations of all solutions in Hotels/Lodging/Resorts across a 20 State region - East Coast U.S.A. - Coordinate all aspects of Installations and Upgrades of Marriott GRE, Next Gen Disney, SONIFI ITV Video, Direct TV Free-to-Guest, Google Chromecast and GIA internet systems. - Includes reviewing/ truing up pricing and that the correct equipment was sold to the hotel. - Ordering all required parts for the installation, building and configuring Racks. - Processing / tracking shipments - On-going administrative and technical support of subcontractors and field service throughout the project’s duration. - Supporting 5 deployment managers concurrently.

Internship - Installed residential and rural homes with IPTV and Broadband. Every install included a rewire of the home changing from coax to Cat 5 or 6 cabling. Installed fiber boxes on the outside of the home and a power supply units to power the fiber box. Trouble shooting of IPTV, Phone and internet issues.
