I’ve always been very adept with technology. Its been something I’ve easily understood. As a forklift operator I was always one that could troubleshoot a problem with the equipment whether it was the touchscreen we used for inventory or the lifts themselves. When I moved on to be the Shipping Lead my work load moved more into the office environment and I had to use leadership and team dynamic skills to get jobs done by delegation. Thru working in a shipping office I learned the import of clear and accurate communication in between departments as well as with the customers we worked with. I found out about Centriq thru a friend and it seemed like a perfect fit for me. Its re-lit my flame for technology and now all I want to do is absorb as much as I can to be the best I can in the IT Field.
