Provide leadership and strategic / tactical support to the Director of Quality Assurance and Vice President of Quality enabling the effective implementation of the Quality Management System. Direct 12 staff across 3 U.S. locations as the Customer Integration Leads and Internal Corrective Action Request team ensuring monitoring and measuring of targets and objectives and executing QA Strategy to build customer confidence and minimize negative trends.

As a Registered / Certified Quality Management System (QMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), and Nuclear Quality Lead Auditor, I managed 12 internal auditors who performed 50+ System Audits annually within Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (LMMFC) for compliance to the required standards and regulatory laws. If necessary, document deficiencies and correction and opportunities for improvement. Ensure corrective action measures meet acceptable reliability standards and documentation is compliant with requirements.

Worked with Program Managers and Integrated Product Teams (IPT) to develop 35 airframe and vehicle system suppliers domestically and internationally to become high performing suppliers in both quality and delivery on the F-35 Program. Responsible for ensuring effective root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions are implemented and maintained at suppliers and sub-tier suppliers through supplier corrective action responses and internal measurement tools. Served as the interface between Engineering and Manufacturing to resolve shared issues, determine engineering disposition of nonconforming parts (MRB), develop standard repairs, and recommend process improvements in support of F-35 manufacturing processes. Investigated nonconformances of defective or damaged aircraft structural parts, assemblies, or vehicle systems to determine nature of issue and provide my technical expertise for a quick resolution.
