I help translate the needs of our customers into a coherent vision for Spokane Computer's flagship software, TREQSO. I assist in guiding our team to collaboratively plan the release cycles, features, and long term plan for the software. I also help support our operations teams in the support, testing, and quality assurance of our products.

In this position, I provide technical and operational support to users at every level of our customer's organizations from the basic user to the CFO. I designed and wrote the training documentation for the company's new flagship software package. I am one of the lead testers of our software and am actively involved in the QA process for software releases. I manage software implementation projects, special projects, and internal company projects. I train both new and existing customers as well as new staff members internally on the software's functionality and use. Trainings are done both online and onsite.

As an Operator for Clearas I took myself out of my comfort zone of software project management to work on new, exciting technologies for improving wastewater treatment while using a sustainable product. In this position, I was routinely thrown head-on into new challenges and was able to foster a mentality of positivity and team-work that helped me become a successful employee. Having no education in this field I was able to come in with a fresh perspective and learned many new skills. These included water chemistry, hydrodynamics, instrumentation installation/troubleshooting, and project-sensitive communication techniques that helped me balance critical operations with project stakeholders. I worked on two major projects with Clearas. The first, was a 4-month pilot project in Millwood, MA. During this project, I not only managed and maintained over $250,000 worth of equipment independently, but I also was the lab technician completing all the required testing and reporting to both Clearas management and the customer. The success I experienced in this project prompted the company to send me to Spokane, WA for my second project at Inland Empire Paper. During this project, we set out to do a higher level commercial pilot project in which I reported to IEP's Environmental Engineer and Environmental Manager on all major aspects of the project. That included equipment maintenance, lab testing, and reporting. During this project I was able to expand upon my lab testing experience as well as my experience installing and troubleshooting various types of equipment.

During my time as an Implementation Specialist at Education Logistics I had the opportunity to work in a diverse set of programs, both new and old, that allowed me to build upon my education and learn valuable skills for managing projects and troubleshooting software. In this position I was responsible for the following:1) Managing projects for software implementation. This included projects for both existing customers and new customers. I concurrently managed anywhere from 5 to 15 simultaneous projects at any given time. During these projects, I would coordinate with multiple stakeholder groups including internal sales and management as well as the customer's management, IT staff, transportation, and basic users.2) Conducting informal training online and scheduling formal training with Edulog's in-house training department. These training sessions would utilize GotoMeeting as the medium that was used for conducting the training. 3) Created and promoted internal project management improvement cycles to help improve risk mitigation, project documentation, project consistency, and improved adherence to project management standards.

As the Operations Intern for MissoulaEvents.net I helped to optimize the back-end functionality of the website and managed their Boise branch. This involved extensive interaction with the administration of the website and working step by step to improve the layout and convenience of their back-end tools. Overall a great experience, I would highly recommend an internship with MissoulaEvents.net.

My role as the Business Manager at KBGA had a variety of functions. First and foremost, I maintained the organization's budget and spending; this involved going over monthly statements, creating budgets for events and operations, and approving expenses. After that I focused on managing the underwriting staff and pursuing sales to raise funds. While fundraising and marketing took up the majority of my time, I also worked on implementing upgraded features for our website to increase its value for KBGA and its sponsors.

As an Underwriting Coordinator for KBGA my work involved fundraising and marketing exclusively. Not only was this my introduction to the world of sales and radio advertising, but I also gained valuable insight on working in an organization. My successes in this position allowed me to be promoted to the Business Manager of KBGA.

I spent 4 summers in high school working at the local country club. During that time I operated various types of machinery including tractors, greens mowers, fairway mowers, and a variety of other turf care tools. I also spent much of my time pruning trees, maintaining pathways, and repairing sprinklers. Unfortunately, I have always been much better at mowing the course than playing it.
