Key Responsibilities:● Customer-Centric Implementation:Serve as the primary customer contact for all aspects of the implementation process.Assist customers with system configuration, guide workflow decisions, and establish realistic implementation timelines.● Cross-Functional Collaboration:Collaborate seamlessly with multiple departments within DRB to ensure the success of each project.Facilitate communication and coordination to achieve project milestones.● Project Management:Utilize project management software (Clarizen) to build, monitor, and manage project milestones.Ensure projects are on schedule and meet or exceed customer expectations.● Consultation and Product Demonstrations:Consult with clients on best practices related to our products and services.Provide product demonstrations to customers before the go-live phase, ensuring a smooth transition.● Logistics and Delivery:Facilitate hardware shipment scheduling and coordinate software delivery.Ensure the timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.● Training Coordination:Schedule target completion weeks for projects.Coordinate the presence of DRB Field Trainers for on-site programming and training sessions.● Customer Support:Provide outstanding customer support throughout the implementation process.Address and resolve project-related issues promptly, including handling escalations effectively.
