Role: Operated within a high accountability environment providing 24/7/365 remote database administration to the Federal National Mortgage Association (Fannie Mae) via various communication channels and applications, adhering to strict operational policies and maintaining client confidentiality at all times.Accomplishments:•Executed error-free database modifications in real-time with fast response and turnaround times within an environment of over 2,000 databases (Oracle, Sybase, SQL Server).•Resolved incident tickets and AutoSys job failures while escalating to appropriate POC as needed.•Ensured no illicit database activity, nor violations of defined policy and procedures occurred, daily.•Created and validated daily comprehensive reports, as well as weekly operational status reports, of database administration team proceedings.•Improved SQL*Plus login script to spool a log file when database connection is established and prevent commitment of transactions in event of network or system fault.•Developed BMC Remedy macros to pull change management and incident tickets by specific status, assignee, team, or user input.

Role: Oversight for Information Technology deployment and sustainability.
