I design and produce weekly news letters about industry news, product information for internal and external use and brochures for technical data. On a daily basis I am using editing software such as Adobe Indesign and Photoshop to create new artwork. I produce artwork and product images for different departments within the company. I maintain the social media presence for the company through multiple platforms enabling the company to stay connected with the customer base and also to analyse new products and industry news from competitors in the Air Conditioning industry. Each week, I read through multiple industry magazines, to investigate the marketing techniques from competitors, which editorial articles associate with the HVAC industry and what magazines have published Space Air's advertisements.I am the CAD designer for the company, using Macdraft to construct schematics for customers. Speaking to both internal sales members and customers to ensure the schematics are up to the customers requirements.

The period of time that I have been with Air Parts, I have been quoting and supporting customers on a daily basis trying to locate and find items that they are after. I am also helping the company advance with different services it can bring to the industry, I look after all of the email that come into the general enquiries email and respond to the wide customer base. I also process and review orders that the business has been success with, to insure there are no mistakes and that all the requirements for the items are satisfactory for the customer.
