Signature Bank was a publicly traded commercial bank with over $124B in assets. On March 20th 2023, Flagstar Bank acquired the commercial banking assets of Signature Bank where I continued in the same role.I led a Southern California based commercial banking team. My team and I focused on providing a “private client” white-glove service experience to our business clients as well as its owners. We specialized in helping businesses within the commercial/middle market space as well as government/not-for-profit and specialty deposit verticals such as escrow, title, 1031 exchange, property management, HOA, settlement administration and other fiduciary related industries.

I was a senior banker with Chase's Business Banking Group. I helped small to mid-sized businesses with their banking and lending needs, specializing in providing custom solutions to meet their near and long-term objectives. Some of the services I provided are: commercial real estate lending, lines of credit, SBA financing, equipment finance, business acquisition lending, cash management solutions, business and corporate credit cards, merchant services, international trade services and foreign exchange. I also took on a leadership role within the market and graduated from Chase’s 2019 Leadership Development Program where I was one of only 25 bankers selected nationally to attend.

I was a Business Development Officer for Chase Commercial Banking within the Middle Market Banking Group. My job was to develop new business, focusing on middle market sized businesses with $20MM - $500MM in annual sales. I used our full scope of commercial and investment banking products and capabilities to attract new long-term clients to the bank.

I was a National Account Manager - Large Corporate Sales Group for the Commercial Finance Division of California First National Bank. I developed and maintained relationships with finance and treasury professionals of large public and privately held corporations, providing custom tailored equipment financing and leasing options for businesses in the $100mm - $1B revenue space.
