Identifying a key area of opportunity to improve real estate photo editing globally, I founded Phixer and bootstrapped the organization to become the world’s #1 real estate photo editing service. We currently have established exclusive partnerships with organizations including Redfin, ReMax, and Corelogic, the parent company of MLS, processing millions of photos every year.Key Accomplishments: • Managed a direct team of 600 staff and over 5,000 contractors including executive leadership, analysts, customer service representatives, operations administrators, and designers• Expanded market reach through development of subsidiary companies in India and the Philippines employing over 600 employees and establishing Phixer as a global presence• Supported growth of the organization to process over 50,000 photos per day and employ over 800 people including full-stack developers, AI engineers, photo editors, and 3D artists

In 2010, I founded HD Estates, a company offering full-scale photography, photo editing, and 3D services. We partnered with over 5,000 real estate agents and established partnerships with large national real estate agencies including Coldwell Banker, Remax, Redfin, and Compass.Key Accomplishments: • Established operational pipelines to scale the business and developed a nationwide network of photographers; currently reaching over 400 photographers • Built an automated software to train, schedule, certify, and manage photographers driving over 500% optimization of operations and onboarding
