The Federal Case Manager will have primary responsibility for administering client services required by the Federal Bureau of Prisons Statement of Work. Duties specific to the position of Federal Case Manager are, Intake and orientation of all federal clients, Site visits to employers, proposed residencies, and home confinement residencies, Provides individual counseling and documents results, Liaison with outpatient department on Drug/Alcohol counseling needs, Ensures appropriate substance abuse testing requirements are met, Ensures paperwork requirements on Federal cases are met, Assists residents with employment search and home plan development, Establishes and monitors resident financial responsibility plan, Assists Director in ensuring all Statement of Work requirements are met, Performs other duties as assigned by the Assistant Director or Director.
