I'm an Adelaide branch sales assistant at Tradelink selling plumbing fixtures and equipment to qualified trades people. I also work simultaneously as an operations manager for two sister gyms in Adelaide, both of which involved heavily with interpersonal relationships and the development of these relationships to improve the customers' experience but also the business opportunities. Although these careers are not my final destination, I have refined on my strengths in relationship building between customers, staff and management to improve all aspects of a business. Having a passion in people has led to many successes for the businesses I have worked for regardless of the industry. Utilising skills such as time management, customer service, learning tasks and procedures efficiently have all led to being able to improve my ability to serve, whether it be as a qualified tradesperson or customer service representative. This in turn leads to fellow staff and customers alike in lowering stress levels dependant on the circumstances and allowing a relationship to build based on receiving a good service and the trust that coincides with this.Expanding my knowledge in this area has led me to study a University Degree in Psychology, with the aim to improve my ability to connect and evaluate situations and in turn, assist others in doing the same so that they can achieve a better outcome from any situation.
