I have an extensive background working in customer service including my time with Disney working as a guest interaction trainer, and Attractions Operations Host. During my time with Frito-Lay, and with Vons/Safeway I developed skills in relationship selling as well as transaction (traditional) selling. As a National Route Specialist, I oversaw training and individual development, both in a classroom and on the job. I designed and built the feedback forms that are now standard on the team, thereby increasing efficiency and allowing for quantification in a standardized way, giving senior decision makers a quick and easy way of determining opportunities they have within their teams. I work significantly with new technologies and troubleshooting those technologies. I am a current student at Penn State University studying Information Science and Technology: Application, Integration, and Development.
