Joshua R. Johnston is President of Malone Healthcare. In this role he oversees the Healthcare and Government contract staffing divisions. The organization has 46 offices in 36 states, and maintains a significant presence in many areas of staffing.- In 2021, Johnston was admitted into Creighton University’s Doctoral program for Interdisciplinary Leadership. This program is designed to create Scholar/Practitioners on Leadership theories and practice.-Johnston was formerly President of talent4health, a healthcare staffing firm headquartered out of the New York metropolitan area. Johnston joined the firm as President in late 2020 to help establish the firm as an innovative leader and trendsetter with a national footprint. -Johnston was formerly Vice President & Chief Operating Officer of LRS Healthcare. He became VP & COO in 2010 as the company grew from its initial stages to a nationwide industry leader. He began his healthcare career as a Recruiter in 2006.-In 2020, Johnston was admitted into the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, for the Master’s Level Diploma in Organisational Leadership. This program is comprised of a diverse global cohort with executive leaders from 6 continents.-In 2019, Johnston was admitted into Brown University’s 7th Cohort for the Executive Master in Healthcare Leadership program. This Ivy League program’s rigorous admissions and curriculum standard is based on bringing together a small cohort of the best and brightest in various sectors of the healthcare vertical designed to develop those who will transform healthcare in the decades to come. -As an undergraduate, Johnston received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He majored in Entrepreneurial Management & Marketing, as well as received his Economics Minor while attending Mansfield College, Oxford University, Oxford UK.-Johnston is a Co-Owner and Managing Partner of several investment groups, with holdings in Real Estate, Insurance, Retail & Hospitality in the Louisville, KY, Omaha, NE, and Sioux City, IA, metro areas.-Johnston is passionate about healthcare, business development, mentoring, scalability, entrepreneurship, acquisitions, travel, investing, history, art, cuisine, sporting events, and time with family.-Johnston and his wife, Shannyn, have a daughter, Harper, and reside in Omaha, NE.
