As the Senior Customer Logistics Manager, I am responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives to ensure excellent customer service and the necessary engagement of other teams within the business for development and deployment of a sales and operations planning structure. I am responsible for managing the customer engagement process, issue resolution process, sales, order management process, and order to cash process. I provide leadership to the Customer Excellence team by leading, organizing, training, as well as establishing, monitoring, and managing customer engagement operational goals. I am responsible in conjunction with the Director of Operations, in deployment of planning structures that support business improvement including monthly revenue planning and monitoring. Responsible for ensuring the supply chain is efficiently operating throughout the organization; organize, store, and monitor the distribution of raw material and finished goods to ensure customer and production purchase order fulfilment. Analyze performance metrics, COGS, COL, landed cost and forecast to ensure company projections are met. Strategically manage inventory, warehousing, distribution, production, and transportation. Comply with laws and regulations of importation and exportation; HTS codes, drayage, duties, customs clearance etc. Manage and direct workflow for multiple direct reports in customer service and quality assurance. Import raw material and packaging components from 16 countries and export finished goods to 4 countries. Fulfill nationwide customer service and production demand. Oversee and manage ALL 3PL relationships (Storage, distribution, and transportation) in addition manage Co-packing relations. Oversee and manage all components of forward and reverse flow logistics functions.
