Primarily responsible for overseeing regional operations with the primary responsibility of expanding our company’s implementation services to new utility clients within the designated region. I am also responsible for building our team and leading program managers and staff in delivering world class utility energy efficiency programs, building and managing relations with key clients, and guiding the effort to deliver exceptional results to our clients. Additionally, i oversee financial results of all contracts in the region, working with program managers, and for properly staffing local program offices in a rapidly growing organization.

Managing the implementation of the C&I Energy Efficiency Programs with Consumers Energy.

Managing the implementation of energy efficiency and renewable programs for MidAmerican Energy and Alliant Energy.

Acting as an energy advisor for the impelmentation of the Focus on Energy Commercial Energy Efficiency progams. Leading the integration of renewable programs into the commercial programs.

Through the support of the Energy Trust of Oregon Residential Programs I researched and lead investigation of new energy efficency technologies, managed the implemenation of the Real Estate Professional Trade Ally Program and managed the initial role of of NW Natural Washington Program Offerings.
