Monitors Backup/Recover and UNIX System Administrator group mailboxes. Monitors physical access to server room, and conducts server room perimiter checks, analyzing air handlers and air temperature/humidity. Contacts building facilities when problems occur resulting from alarms or severe weather. Periodically unlock or reset UNIX user accounts.

Nellis Afb, Nv

Led 4 member Executive Communications Team, providing 24/7 support for 103 Senior Officers/4 Wing Command Chiefs at Nellis and Creech AFB. Performed Tier-I & Tier-II technical support to 12K systems by diagnosing & troubleshooting system faults and repairing & replacing peripheral devices. Maintained a $68M NIPRNet/SIPRNet base infrastructure by administering 14K network accounts through Active Directory and ensuring proper access for multiple missions. Administered, supervised, processed, and provisioned VIP user mailboxes in Microsoft Exchange. Installed and troubleshoot Blackberry UEM for over 150 iOS devices on Nellis and screech AFB.

Nellis Afb, Nevada

Led a 6 member team for the 99th Communications Squadron, tracking 43K IT assets while managing 240 equipment accounts in the Air Force Equipment Management System (AFEMS). Strictly enforced IT equipment integrity by coordinating 45 account turnovers and training 100 members, in turn, securing $486K worth of asset management inventories. Led the Nellis AFB Asset Management office to its lowest overdue account record in 2 years in only 6 months, going from 27 overdue acconts to 0.

Utilized Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) and SolarWinds for vulnerability scans, risk assessments, and implementation of vulnerability assessments. Coordinated authorized service interruptions (ASI) requests with Major Command Communication Coordination Centers (MCCC) and Air Force Forces Communication Coordination Centers (ACCC). BMC Remedy expert, performed Tier-II support for 5.1K users and 11K joint-warfighters supporting a $1.6B Fighter Wing mission.

Barksdale Afb, Louisiana

Guided Air Force Personal Wireless Communications Systems audit, tracking $7M worth of assets from Barksdale AFB, solidifying the 2nd Bomb Wing Nuclear Surety mission. Created information technology equipment custodian account training, leading training briefings for over 200 personnel in inventory procedures and governing instructions. Led Windows 10 migration for Barksdale AFB, developing the phased Air Force mobile solution agenda, finishing 3 months ahead of schedule; procured 6.3K systems valued at $4.1M.

Ali Al-Salem Ab, Kuwait

Utilized the Air Force Equipment Management System (AFEMS) to track and update 218 accounts/20.5K information technology assets valued at $26.2M. Led a 3-member team to deploy and ensure connectivity for 150 computer systems, which further enabled 651 Operation INHERENT RESOLVE and 382 combat air strike missions. As an E-3, created a base-wide training course for the Asset Management program, instructing and governing 500 personnel on Air Force instructions. Brought overdue accounts from 23 to 0.

Barksdale Afb, Louisiana

Performed client-level information technology support for Air Force Global Strike Command Headquarters, 8th Air Force Headquarters, 2nd Bomb Wing, and 40 associate units effecting 10K personnel total. Coordinated 200 user account, application, and network outages with Air Force Enterprise Service Desk & Integrated Network Operations Center. Loaded Standard Desktop Configuration and customer specific software, as well as upgrades and back-ups on 4K requirements yearly.
