I typically help clients to understand and navigate complex, and sometimes routine, legal challenges in a manner that is sensitive to and appreciative of their constraints and objectives – with a focus on environmental, planning and regulatory matters. I pride myself on being dedicated to my clients, able to solve any problem, honest and genuine, curious and interested in the matters I am involved with and the people with whom I am engaged, open-minded to other points of views and perspectives, diligent and hard-working.I specialise in advising public and private sector clients on:  environmental planning and approval process; liabilities under environmental legislation and environmental incidents; government procurement processes; contaminated land; waste; land access;  due diligence; and  statutory processes, with particular experience advising on and documenting infrastructure and redevelopment projects with environmental or planning law drivers - such as large-scale remediation or waste projects.I was admitted to legal practice in 2004, and also hold a Bachelor of Environmental Engineering Degree, which adds a multi-disciplinary perspective to my work and assists me in documenting technical processes.
