I have been a proven leader in the capacity of an Installer, Superintendant, General Superintendent, Project Manager, and Construction Manager with industry leading organizations. Delivering exceptional product while meeting and exceeding projects goals through concentration on daily productivity of crews has been a cornerstone of my career. I have successfully trained many regional crew leaders and apprentices.Practical skills knowledge have been gained first hand from direct on site installation experience. With that expanded knowledge I have developed many financially beneficial and innovative procedures that have been implemented in company Standard Operating Procedure Manual’s. My unique insights of on site development has allowed me to deliver not only successful results but also communicate well up and down the chain of command.With my vast experience I’m able to deliver valuable performance and input beneficial to multiple positions in any synthetic turf organization.
