Working as a Paramedic Practitioner within the local Primary Care Network, I am primarily engaged in delivering same day medical care through our Acute Home Visiting Service, supporting several General Practice partners. My role is crucial in bridging the gap between community health requirements and healthcare provision, ensuring prompt and efficient treatment for patients who are unable to visit medical facilities. Part of my role is to work with local care homes to improve health outcomes for residents through regular consultations to reduce hospital admissions. Collaborating closely with GPs, nurses, and other healthcare professionals during MDTs, ensures a unified approach to patient care and efficient use of resources. I also actively contribute to public health initiatives by assisting in the planning and execution of vaccination campaigns, enhancing community immunity and health safety.

Be accountable for the assessment, treatment, diagnosis, supplying and administering of medicines, managing, discharging and referring patients in a range of urgent, emergency, critical or out of hospital settings.Provide effective clinical leadership, development and mentorship to operational personnel, including newly qualified paramedics and students to support the delivery of a high quality patient centred service.Contribute to the development of an integrated approach to the delivery of unscheduled/out of hours care involving all relevant stakeholders including health and social care organisations.

My role now includes meeting with potential high end clients and informing them about the numerous services we have to offer that will benefit the company in question. Tailoring a bespoke package for the client to ensure maximum return of interest and ensuring top end service throughout.

My role involves liaising with high-end clients via telephone and/or face-to-face meetings to accommodate their requirements in contributing to their submissions either editorial or brand recognition within our flagship project, The Foxley Docket journal, our on line presence and the Artisan Herald.

As Duty Manager, on a daily basis I looked after the on duty staff (10-30) including all bar and kitchen staff. Co ordinating waitresses to give the Free Mason community that used Wellington Park as a meeting point a structured and pleasant evening. This role included taking care of the security of the building and the cash inside. Great customer service was a must and making sure my staff were happy ensured a hassle free night.
