During my time as an operations graduate, i have learned about the importance of product knowledge and building important relationships with teams and customers. I am continually learning new skills and developing myself in the process for future successes.

Responsible for supervising the store, including training and coaching new and existing team members, weekly payroll, invoicing, end of month stock take, food handling, opening and closing procedures and providing exceptional customer service through strong communication skills.

XY supervisor gave me training in cash handling, daily operations reporting, invoicing, opening and closing the store and the ability to coach and mentor staff

Developed skills in muliti-tasking, handling cash and utilising POS systems, food handling, following procedures and guidelines. I also learnt how to take initiative and go above and beyond what was required of me leading to my excellent skills in customer service leading to me to be formally recognised in the company's official magazine.
