• Managed the food and water allotment, transportation, equipment and ammunition issue, billeting and well-being for a platoon of 43 Marines in my charge.
• Made personnel roster’s,equipment roster’s, wrote ammunition request’s, training schedule’s, after action reports as well as created power point presentations on a daily basis utilizing Microsoft power point, excel and.
• Was the assistant TRAP (Tactical Recovery of Aircraft Personnel) Leader for all NATO trap missions in the Mediterranean and Libya during NATO Operation Unified Protector 2011.

Instructor Group, Marine Combat Training Battalion, SOI (E)

• Was a platform instructor of over 17 periods of instruction, teaching military tactics and breaking down the knowledge so all marines in the class could easily understand. Class size ranged from 30-450 students.
• Trained, mentored and taught over 4000 student in a 3 year period which resulted in being recognized as instructor of the class 2 times and receiving a navy commendation medal and 7 certificates of commendation.

3rd Battlion 2nd Marines, Lima Co.

• Lead a squad of 17marines on over 60 motorized patrols and over 100 foot patrols in a kinetic environment.
• Conducted over 350 vehicle searches and 200 house searches in a hostile environment.
• Easily adapted to enemy tactics, techniques and procedures in a kinetic environment by on the fly changes to standard operating procedures, patrol routes, formations, equipment load outs.
