I was tasked developing the Men’s & Women’s hurdle program. In that time, I helped bring five program records, four Southland Conference Championship finalist, two Women Jr. National’s mark qualifiers, and all of the athletes I managed surpassed their previous personal best marks. I also spent time assisting under the Director of Operations, learning the process of how to manage a team and the underlying work that let a team function seamlessly.
