I am a proud husband, father of four and navy transitioning veteran with over 22 years of direct combat and Special Operations support experience. Most notably, I have worked in the construction industry for over 25 years, first starting out building bridges with my father in California. My father is a two-combat tour Vietnam veteran and Construction Management specialist who not only encouraged me to join but instilled the work ethic and moral values that I can and will bring to any company. I come from a long line of military veterans and construction specialists and am extremely excited to showcase my strengths and skillsets in leadership, technical acumen and determination that will make a good company great, all the while continuing this legacy across all facets. Some of the most notable positions I held over my career include Navy Crane Program Manager, Lead Deckhand, Company Operations Leading Chief Petty Officer, and Leader amongst men. Being afforded the ability to lead, to influence the older and younger generations is unlike any other feeling that can be bestowed upon any one person. It opens the mind to other ways of thinking, presents new viewpoints or ideas that may change the entire landscape, and provides an overwhelming sense of pride and satisfaction when you see your folks succeed or even fail but learn from it. I have led and been led by the best in the business both personally and professionally, taking the vast amount of knowledge and technical expertise afforded by them and incorporating it into my own style, further influencing and driving the next generations whether it be in their family lives or in their careers. My goals and aspirations are to foster and infuse confidence and dedication into each and every person I come into contact with, enhancing my teams’ careers, promoting wellness and positive growth in the company I work for and last but not least continue to grow individually. One of my key objectives would be to show that I can contribute to any company on any level and make them more successful by managing risk, weighing cost to benefit scenarios, ensuring strong, positive visual outcomes all the while guaranteeing the most efficient, advantageous results occur. This success only happened through ambition, willpower, and love for self and others. Believing that a strong moral compass, honesty, humbleness, and strong leadership will always set us apart from the rest has all but guaranteed victory in life for my family, my team and myself.
