I assist in managing company operations which include: renovations, vehicle repair, rental applicants, rental management inquiries, storage rentals; and our biggest sales asset, real estate transactions.So far I have: updated the company's computer software, built a systematic update plan to increase sales, begun work on a business model for the vehicle repair devision, increased recording and efficiency, and organized basic marketing. I continually work to create solutions for increased efficiency, customer satisfaction, and contemporary organization.

I served in all of the venues at the Mountain View Grand and continually upheld the professional standards of the property. I mainly increased company awareness through employment in the fine dining restaurant. I waited on customers that would enjoy meals for up to five hours.I also supervised banquets with over 130 guests for the property. These included both plated dinners and buffets which required teams of up to 15 people to operate.

For Syracuse University's L.C. Smith College of Engineering, I tutored for the Academic Excellence Workshop. I mentored classes of over six people through the use of weekly worksheets covering problems in Calculus I and Calculus II. The participants would be given advice on how to solve the problems and would be expected to teach the problem at the end to the other participants. Weekly reports, weekly meetings, and weekly educational activities were requirements of each tutor.
