I'll start by saying that this profile will be a little less cookie cutter. And I hope I can share what I've learned in my career with you. I am currently working as Accounts Receivable Manager at Weave HQ. Weave has been great to me and provided me the chance to show off my quick learning ability and work ethic. I have skills in month end processes, excel, billing, accounting, and management. While work means a lot to me, and I will give it my all when there, the most important piece of my life is my family. Its no secret that others would likely prefer hiking, traveling, and barbeques over work. Perhaps a professional environment would discourage such talk of work falling behind most other aspects of life. But who cares. The people that know me know that I value my work and its ethic, but my family and my personal health come first. I expect the same attitude for those that I work with and manage, and interestingly enough, productivity soars under this mindset. After all some things matter, most don't.
