My strengths include patient care, adaptive and proactive problem solving, creating and seeking opportunities to grow my team and looking for opportunities to advance pharmacy practices. I have completed an ambulatory care pharmacy residency, have 9 years of specialty pharmacy experience and leadership roles, and developed and implemented a successful business model that resulted in gaining accreditation as the first neurology specialty location in my state of practice for a retail chain. In addition to retail pharmacy experience, I also network with drug reps, MSLs, various clinics and providers to increase access to patients by providing prior authorization assistance, formulary expertise, genetic counseling, and financial patient assistance options. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, exercising, painting, and gardening.
