My responsibilities included: • Service of food and beverages to customers • Attending to the Cleaning of the floor and kitchen• Service of Plated food • Interaction with customers including the handling of request and complaints

I participated as a coach for the Nudgee 7D's. I learned particular skills involving: • Mentored younger students • Organized training programs • Scheduling games • Ensuring the safety of all students • Communicated with parents and other stakeholders • Carried out reporting duties

I worked as an administrative assistant receiving work experience. The company was an importing and exporting company and during the 2-3months that I worked with them I was exposed to various tasks and responsibilities. My responsibilities included:• Filing of client documents• Answering phone calls• Preparing billing and invoices and ensured postage to relevant persons• Payment of wages to staff from company bank directly• Maintenance of state of the office• Emailing/Calling clients of expected time of arrival of Imported items • Maintenance of state of the office including the restock of office supplies
