This includes supervision, equipment, material and labor.Manage the James E John health and safety program including training and updating policies to meet OSHA requirements. This includes site safety inspections used to identify both positive and deficient behavior as it relates to OSHA guidelines. Work with each superintendent to correct deficiencies found during inspections.Review all project schedules weekly to ensure projects are tracking to meet schedule deadlines.Manage all fleet vehicles.Ensure that all superintendents and field personnel have the training and tools they need to be successful.

Responsible for the budgeting and management of commercial construction projects – both TI and ground-up buildings, ensuring the health of each project from initial project budget through completion. Manage overall project schedule, working with the superintendents to dial in look-ahead schedules to meet owner deadlines. Maintain relationships with owner's and owner's representatives to protect future negotiated opportunities.

Responsible for the success of projects from the pre-construction phase through project completion. Current responsibilities include meeting with owners and architects for bidding opportunities, being involved in pre-construction meetings to assist with feasibility and value engineering, Soliciting bids from subcontractors, building complete and accurate construction budgets for the project through completion, managing projects to ensure they come in under budget and on schedule, project closeout.

I was responsible to put together complete bid packages for turnkey structural concrete projects including parking garages, complex foundations and podium decks.
