Oversall all financial operations for the Eighteenth Session of the Michigan State University Model United Nations Organization (MSUMUN XVIII) and the coordination of the Seventh Session of the Red Cedar Model United Nations Conference (RCMUN VII).MSUMUN is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization ran entirely by undergraduate students that hosts two on-campus Model U.N. conferences at Michigan State University...• MSUMUN (Michigan State University Model United Nations), our high school conference; and, RCMUN (Red Cedar Model United Nations), our middle school conference.Along with the Secretariat (Executive Board) of 11 members including myself, I provide support in the following areas (among other responsibilities) ...• Create a combined budgeted expenditure of over $60,000 for FY 2017-2018; and, increased projected revenue by 24% from $52,000 in FY 2016-2017 to $68,000 in FY 2017-2018• Generate and process invoices (so far) in excess of $62,000 for FY 2017-2018 • Collaborate with the USG of Community Outreach in identifying and cultivating a comprehensive fundraising plan for MSUMUN XVIII and RCMUN VII• Distribute position-specific budgets (Social Events budget ----> Chief of Staff, Material Procurement budget -------> USG of Internal Affairs) to the correct members of Secretariat
