Graduate Structural Engineer with a strong foundation in design and analysis of complex structures, and a passion for learning and people. Joshua's experience includes assessment and design of materials handling structures throughout The Hunter, and design and inspection of multiple stages of viaduct's on the United Kingdom's High Speed Rail Project, HS2.Joshua studied a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Honours Class II/Division I)/Bachelor of Business (Major in Leadership and Management), graduating at the end of 2023. Joshua has a strong focus to deliver exceptional quality to stakeholders. Joshua's roles to date include but are not limited to:- Structural assessment of condition of existing structures to determine integrity and safety of existing and new structures alike.- Develop technical reports and documentation to communicated results, recommendations, and design specifications to clients and other stakeholders.- Develop design solutions for renovating, retrofitting, and reinforcing existing structures to meet local and national regulatory compliance requirements both in Australia and Abroad.- Risk assessment and management assosciated with construction and maintenance of new and existing structures.
