Application Support Engineer for a custom-built SharePoint 2007-based Project Management Application(Avance). The application included modules for Oil & Gas Project Managers, Human Resources, FieldEngineers' Training, Business Development, and Cost-Control. Created and maintained a Support Helpdesk for incident reporting. The system provided an incident portal with a fishbone-style directory that led users quickly to resources to report their problems. Setup the Test and Development server environments for the application in Mexico City, as well as coordinated the pricing, bidding and configuration of the Production server site in Houston.
