Inbound stow, as products arrive at the facility it is my job to scan the products into our system and stow them in pods while the computer system marks the location of the products to be able to be pulled by the pickers. Problem solving on the fly for product placement maintaining quality standards and efficiency. Working with leadership when an issue arises that I am unable to rectify on my own. I have to use the ability to lift and transport items upwards of 75 pounds, maintaining my area with products in totes and/or boxes. Scanning boxes and totes into the system and then scanning the individual ASIN into the system when stowing.

Responsible for identifying, developing and implementing solid sales training programs to improve sales force effectiveness across all sales channels while supporting business objectives and goals. Delivers sales related lesson plans/training modules and develops job aides for monthly marketing campaigns. Establishes rapport among leadership in order to gain understanding of training needs through formal analysis, reports, surveys, focus groups and/or interaction.Responsible for designing and implementing approved cost effective sales training programs while supervising and evaluating on-going training programs to determine if skills and job knowledge have been achieved and successfully implemented in the workplace. Proactively identifies challenges to the sales process, training and operational policies and presents recommended options for resolution to the Sales Program Development Manager. Designs and develops highly engaging and effective trainee-centered learning experiences.
