I've created and maintained XML-based and Markdown-based documentation for several tools that ship with Windows:- Windows Assessment and Deployment Kit- Windows Assessment Console- Windows Performance Toolkit (Recorder, Analyzer)- Windows Hardware Certification Kit- Windows Hardware Lab KitI've led SQL training sessions for writers on my team who were less familiar with databases.I've also written tools that support the following:- Documentation platform convergence (via XML translation using XSLT and C#/LINQ)- Documentation automation (from XML, databases, and other external sources)- Other internal processes, such as bug/work item tracking and bulk editing of existing documentation (Web Services, C# applications, PowerShell scripts)

I wrote and maintained documentation and code samples for all things Visual C/C++.I created documentation to directly address user feedback. In particular, I engaged with a prominent MVP who maintained a list of hundreds of documentation issues. We worked together and with other writers to resolve them.I also wrote a tool to overcome some of the limitations of our documentation tools by automating keypresses to execute complex (and otherwise tedious) tasks.
