Responsible for various duties related to purchasing of products and/or equipment for CaroMont Health; This includes, but is not limited to: creating and transmitting purchase orders accurately, managing vendors, sourcing products, negotiating pricing and providing pertinent documentation and information (in spreadsheet format when necessary) to track performance. Communicating with vendors concerning performance expectations and with departments on coordination of delivery and/or installation and any other information pertaining to their orders. Maintain a cost effective and manageable process of product and service acquisition for CaroMont Health.

Along with my previous responsibilities, I am tasked with front desk operations. Responsibilities include: Check in/check out activities, Insurance verification, Payment receipt

Lead, and a key member in developing and maintaining a system by which all forms are processed at South Point Family Practice Belmont. Central point of contact in the management, preparing, and distribution of said forms. Assist the medical records department with processing incoming/outgoing records. Participated in evaluating candidates for hire during the interview process. Inventory Control Specialist: Ensure inventory data integrity both physically and systemically; monitor and maintain current inventory levels; forecast future inventory needs; ensure best value at purchase; track orders and investigate problems; record purchases; maintain database; perform physical count of inventory; reconcile actual stock count to generated reports. Receive incoming calls/electronic correspondence to the practice, answer questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems, and provide information. Document all call information according to standard operating procedures. Schedule all types of appointments per each provider's schedule, manipulate the schedule to be most efficient for the providers and patients alike while maintaining the general format put forth by each provider.
