• Served as Project Manager and focal point for client interaction during all phases of Managed Pressure (MPD) and Underbalanced Drilling (UBD) projects. Ultimate responsible party for quality of deliverables, effective execution of project, maintaining client relationships, and overall client satisfaction.• Successfully deployed and implemented MPD on 10+ projects for major and independent operators in the United States, offshore Gulf of Mexico, Canada, and offshore Trinidad and Tobago. • Successfully deployed UBD techniques on land wells in the USA, including flow drilling, nitrogen injection, and 4-phase separation. • Supervised and led project teams of up to 10 engineers, specialists, and operators that designed, planned, and executed MPD/UBD in the field. • Developed Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for all company Managed Pressure Drilling operations in North America.• Supervised, trained, and mentored junior field and applications (desk) engineers.

North America

• Successfully executed MPD and UBD projects onshore US and MPD projects offshore GOM. Projects included the use of Weatherford’s fully automated MPD system, 4-phase separation, and foam drilling.• Supervised a 4-6 person team of MPD/UBD specialists and field engineers and served as on-site technical lead.

United States

• Provided engineering support for underbalanced projects in the US. Projects included flow drilling, performance air drilling, nitrogen misting, foam, and aerated fluids, along with 4-phase surface separation equipment. • Performed hydraulics modeling using industry standard multi-phase flow software and prepared feasibility studies for prospective projects.• Prepared drilling programs and operational procedures.
