-Successfully managed and maintained proper working order of 3 concrete plants (in Toronto, Vaughan and Brampton) whilst managing a team of quality control representatives-Managed the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) extension plan contract and took the lead in batching customer’s special concrete mixes and testing the quality of the product-Prepared quality regular reports, summaries as well as inspection and test plans for all concrete poursOrganizational and project management skills demonstrated by implementing a daily work plan, and scheduling and dispatching over 50 trucks in the proper loading sequence
