• Identify training and development needs.• Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.• Worked with customers to make sure that the proper technician was assigned to the job.• Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs, and to explain how these needs could be met by specific products and services.• Quote prices, credit terms, or other bid specifications.• Arrange for installation and testing of products or machinery.• Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients, participating in organizations and clubs, and attending trade shows and conferences.• Responsible for producing on average 55% of total branch sales on a monthly basis.

Responsible for processing customers orders and meeting all of their needs using personal knowledge of the products that we offer.Maintain and Control Inventory levels in warehouse to make sure proper materials are on hand.
