I support the Platform Operations leadership team with a variety of strategic initiatives such as annual strategy & planning, organization reviews, weekly business steering and cross-functional projects.

I led a team focused on delivering improvements to processes and applications (Salesforce) within Partner Care, Zalando's B2B support. Highlights included delivering an iteration to Salesforce saving €820k p.a., whilst maintaining quality & partner satisfaction levels.

I led a wide variety projects in platform operations, such as: - designing the Partner Care function and refreshed Operations org- defining and aligning a long term platform content strategy & vision- managing and owning Zalando's 'platform rules'- enriching attributes of fashion articles during onboarding- developing an internal lean six sigma/operational excellence capability

I led various projects end to end in the logistics department, such as:- improving customer delivery lead times by 9%- improving delivery reliability by 6%- building a company process model and associated KPI system- co-developing and co-delivering lean management training

I specialised in Organisation Design (OD). Projects included:- I acted as the OD lead in a Justice digital transformation programme- I created the future OD for a retail business to enable growth- I redesigned a UK regulator for increased agility & flexibility.

I rotated through three distinct roles:1. In the Change Team, where I designed a target operating model and change management interventions and won an award2. In the Insider Trading Team, where I analysed data about market abuse3. In Supervision, where I directly supervised regulated firms.
