📍Graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Business Technology Management at Ted Rogers School of Management at Toronto Metropolitan University (Formerly Ryerson University). Finished my studies in April of 2022 and officially graduated in June of 2022.📍Connecting my passion for technology, business and management. Learning useful skills from my program that relates to Project Management, Business process modeling, SQL, Java, Business Analysis, Process Design, Enterprise Architecture, information and system administration and Software and hardware support. Learned fundamentals through courses in the fields of Marketing, Finance, Global Management, Accounting, Statistics, Law and Economics.Enrolled in additional courses to learn about Cloud computing, Big data, Psychology, Human resources, Leadership, Organizational communications and behaviours. 📍Throughout my University experience, I worked with many people in regards to different managerial projects and business analysis projects. In my final semester, I along with my team connected our learned experiences throughout the last 4 years to help Kingsway Wholesale, a pharmaceutical wholesaler company, implement a 8 week long project to redesign a more efficient inventory system. Worked alongside my team to create proper project charters, Gantt charts, BPMN models, Use case models, risk management analysis and cost analysis. This led to a successful project for both the company and the highest mark for our project in the course.📍Outside of School, most of my major experiences focused on customer service. During each and every one of my roles, I ensured I provided the best customer service I could using both hard and soft skills to properly guide customers in the right direction. Whether it was my very first job working at Mcdonalds or an office environment like Desjardins, or even a fitness center like LA Fitness, I ensure I use the tools around me and connections I made to properly ensure that I am exceptionally representing the company positively.
