I first started my property career as a lettings agent but soon decided that I wanted to progress out of that world and into the world of property development and investing. I joined Munro-Hughson Property Development in late 2019 and learnt all the laboring skills needed to renovate properties myself. I also created a network of trusted tradespeople of whom I can rely for future projects. These ventures then brought me to where I am today, the director of my own property development company that looks to work closely with investors to buy, renovate, refinance and rent properties offering investors a returns on their money that is far higher than that offered by any bank or building society.
