Joshua is an entrepreneur with a background in sales, and corporate operations. He started his entrepreneurial journey at a young age by collecting lost golf balls and selling them to members of golf club near his Grandparent's home. Later, he worked in sales and eventually managed a small car lot before moving into corporate operations with a multi-billion dollar building materials manufacturer.After recognizing a gap in the market, Joshua started his own business to fill the void and eventually co-founded Deksia, where he focused on scaling the business through systems and processes. His efforts led to the expansion of Deksia into multiple markets across North America.Joshua is also actively involved in the community and has received awards for his contributions. He has served on the boards of several organizations, including the Dwight Lydell Chapter of the Izaak Walton League, Anchorpoint Christian Schools, is a recipient of the Grand Rapids Business journals 40 under 40 award, and the Grand Rapids Rotary Club. He is a founding member and past president of the Entrepreneurs Organization of West Michigan. Joshua enjoys spending time outdoors with friends and family and giving back to the community.
