The project coordinator is responsible for the creation and completion of drawings needed for Permit and Final Construction documents.• Create drawings for assigned projects.• Participate in the design-development of floor plans.• Assist with the completion of drawings red-lined/sketched by Engineer or Project Manager.• Complete contract documents and keep contact with clients• Communicate with Client Manager, Project Manager, and Job Coordinatorregarding drawing development for client projects.• Maintain an open line of communication with the Project Team associatedwith project design.

Follow blueprints and building plans to meet the needs of clients and OBCInstall finishing fixtures, such as windows and moldingMeasure, cut, or shape wood and drywallConstruct building frameworks, including wall studs, floor joists, and door-framesInspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures
