The Expert Services team provides custom implementations for SAP customers, taking on projects that involve technical innovation and/or interesting client domains. The Solutions Architects interact with the client business and technical teams to design a solution architecture based on the business requirements for the project and the client's technical environment. This includes the internal data structure for the SAP Hybris platform, as well as all integrations required with the client's systems and any external services. They then act in a technical leadership role throughout the realisation of the project with teams of 10-20 developers.The Professors team adapts and evolves the methodology for project implementation, and exports these learnings to the larger SAP Hybris partner ecosystem. Solutions Architects apply this framework to the projects, and provide feedback into the framework based on experience in project implementations and evolving industry best practices.
