- As the Regional Finance Leader for ChenMed, my focus is on delivering EBIT on plan for multiple markets by partnering with Regional VPs and providing strategic oversight of operational costs. I am a regional field finance manager working at a rapidly growing Value Based Care provider specializing in full risk capitation. I am currently covering the Texas & Louisiana regions. I work with local operators to help them understand and manage their entire P&Ls from payor contracts and revenue to medical costs, personnel and op ex. I connect with operators and executives to build local operating budgets and then partner with them through the year to assist and hold them accountable to these budgets.I also work with our Hospital and Community Relations team to understand and manage Part A hospital costs, our Part B specialty costs, and our Part D and in house pharmacy costs and savings initiatives. I build ROI models to analyze various strategic initiatives that help achieve our financial and clinical goals.I work with our compensation team to manage our incentive compensation structure to drive performance, ensure fairness and compliance, and promote transparency. I educate local team members on the process and structure and work with them throughout the year to hit their targets.Lastly, I work with our HR teams to ensure appropriate and timely acquisition of new team members to accommodate our rapid growth plans. I model out and approve requisitions for a ratio based personnel plan taking into account, hiring lead times, ramp up time, turnover, and membership growth to make sure we provide our operators with the support staff they need to run their clinics effectively and efficiently.

I help drive strategic finance decisions across the Home enterprise in terms of labor & expense management, vendor partnerships, and competitor strategy. I'm responsible for guiding the home enterprise budget process for 1500+ home modality facilities. I built financial models that analyzed labor and op ex budget scenarios for executive review that helped shape enterprise budget guidance. Communication spectrum ranged from C Suite down to Local facility managers. I was also responsible for training new Home modality leadership on finance tools and methodology. I also managed a staff of 2 analysts.

Responsible for managing the financial performance, budgeting, and forecasting of two kidney care divisions, consisting of 60 dialysis clinics and 125 hospital based dialysis programs with a combined annual revenues of ~$270MM and EBITDA of ~$75MM. I lead the annual budgeting process and long term planning process for both divisions, while also providing higher level direction and support for 5 other divisions' budget process. I work to develop capacity utilization strategies and build comprehensive financial models for new denovo centers and potential acquisitions.I work with operations teams to strategically drive down controllable expenses across a 300+ clinic group that spans 4 states. I created a new process and tool that was so successful it was leveraged across the entire company of 3000+ clinicsDrove strategic and financial analysis for several new dialysis centers totaling more than ~$20MM in capital investment and ~$17MM in annual revenue.

Managed the budgeting and long term planning process for 4 distinct product lines. Also managed monthly financial performance and complete variance analysis. Presented financial performance to business unit leadership on a quarterly basis. Worked with business leaders to develop sales forecast and annual sales budget. Partnered with Pre and Post Acquisition teams to track financial performance of M&A activity. Monitored and analyzed SG&A trend and worked with operators to identify opportunities and drive down costs.
